This policy explains how Social Club Mallorca handles the personal data you share with us through the forms on this website.

What we collect

The details you enter in the enquiry form: name, email, phone, enquiry type, date, number of guests and message. For security we also record your IP address and the time of submission.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage the booking or event you have asked about. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards for any period required by law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, other than the providers who host our website and deliver our email (Vercel Inc. and Resend, Inc.), or where required by law. These providers act on our behalf and may process data in the United States, under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Enquiries sent through the website form are delivered to our inbox and are not stored in any database.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing info@socialclubmallorca.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how people use our website, for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use advertising cookies, and Analytics is not loaded at all unless you click Accept.

Separately, our hosting provider Vercel measures anonymous visit counts and page loading speed (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). These use no cookies and do not identify you or follow you across other websites.

Your choice is saved in your browser so we don’t ask again. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps.
