Eats Everything
Bristol’s Dan Pearce came up through the city’s jungle and drum and bass scene before reinventing himself as Eats Everything. His breakthrough, “Entrance Song”, came out on Catz ’n Dogz’s Pets Recordings, earned him DJ Mag’s Best Breakthrough Producer award in 2011, and launched a career built on big energy and bigger grins behind the decks.
He grew up in Bristol’s clubs, from Lakota to the Firestation, and was playing records by the age of twelve, but DJing was still a hobby alongside a day job when “Entrance Song” changed everything. In 2012 he appeared twice on BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix in the same year.
He launched his label Edible in 2015 and EI8HT in 2019, and his back-to-back shows with Fatboy Slim, including Glastonbury’s Arcadia stage in 2019, sum up his approach: big records, bigger smiles. In November 2022 he headlined Social’s fifth anniversary.
